When reporting a calculator issue, include the page URL, the inputs used, the result you expected and the result shown by the tool. This makes it easier to reproduce the issue and check whether the problem is a formula error, a formatting issue or a misunderstanding of the game settings.
Correction requests
KenoCalc aims to keep formulas, descriptions and operator-specific caveats accurate. If you believe a page contains outdated RTP information, an incorrect paytable reference, an unclear risk statement or a broken calculation, send the details by email.

- The exact sentence, table or calculator result that may be incorrect.
- The current source or live game rule that supports the correction.
- A short explanation of why the existing wording should be changed.
Operator and brand pages
Brand-specific pages on KenoCalc are independent calculation tools. They are not official pages for the brands mentioned. If a brand page contains outdated rules or an old paytable assumption, send the current information and it can be reviewed for correction.
Because Keno rules, risk modes, maximum payouts and RTP notices can change, live operator settings should be treated as the primary source for current gameplay details.
